Leo Montgomery, a 21-year-old male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 2, 2016. He was fatally shot in the parking lot behind the Roosters restaurant on North Main Street in Dayton. The incident occurred when Leo and Evon Walker were allegedly attempting to purchase marijuana from William Martin, who then opened fire on them. Leo was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple gunshot wounds, while Evon Walker survived and was taken to the hospital.
