Bruce Vuksta Stevens, a 61-year-old man from Grove City, Ohio, tragically died on December 20, 2016. He was sitting in his car in a parking lot when he was struck in the head by a stray bullet. Stevens was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was described as a case of mistaken identity, with Stevens being an innocent bystander.
