Arthur Skip Dunkle, a 62-year-old man from Grove City, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 17, 2021. Born on June 29, 1959, in Bangor, Maine, Dunkle was known affectionately as a "Gentle Giant" and was an avid sports fan, particularly of the Columbus Blue Jackets and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He worked as the Transportation Manager for various public and private transit agencies, including the Ohio Department of Transportation and Cardinal Transportation.
