On January 28, 2012, Tailar Davis, aged 20, and her boyfriend, John Johnson, aged 19, were discovered murdered inside a blue Ford Taurus parked on Detroit's west side. Their bodies were found at approximately midnight on Richton Street, with Davis in the driver's seat and Johnson in the passenger seat. Authorities have not provided many details about the possible motive or suspects, and the case remains unsolved.
