On January 12, 2017, 23-year-old Terrance Woods, a male of African American ethnicity, was found dead in an alleyway on Washington Terrace in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound. Police were called to the scene around 2:30 p.m. that day, and an investigation was launched to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
