Derrick Yanetta, a 24-year-old male tragically lost his life on February 25, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. Derrick was fatally shot outside the M&M Saloon on Lorain Avenue around 2:30 a.m. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and was later pronounced dead at MetroHealth Medical Center.
