Kaitlyn Star Carroll-Peak, a 22-year-old woman from Mansfield, Ohio, tragically lost her life on March 8, 2017. Kaitlyn was known for her infectious smile and her deep love for her daughter, Kinsley. She was a dedicated mother and a compassionate person who always went out of her way to help others. Kaitlyn graduated from Ontario High School in 2013 and worked at Avita Hospital in Ontario. Her untimely death left a significant void in the lives of her family and friends.
