Kevin Moses

Kevin L. Moses, a 27-year-old African American male from Mansfield, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 7, 2009. According to reports, Moses was visiting his friend Adrian Derrell Horn at Horn's residence on West Fifth Street in Mansfield when a heated argument erupted between the two. The argument escalated, and Moses intervened when he saw Horn assaulting Horn's girlfriend, Amy Wagoner. The confrontation spilled outside, where Moses and Horn continued to argue.
