Amanda 'Mandi' Mangas, a 23-year-old woman from Delta, Ohio, tragically lost her life on March 14, 2017. Born on October 14, 1993, Amanda was a graduate of Delta High School and was pursuing a degree in nursing at Defiance College. At the time of her death, she was working as a server at the Delta 109 restaurant. Amanda was known for her love of spending time with her family and friends, especially her young son, Winston.
