Joann Jaso, a 27-year-old woman from Toledo, Ohio, was last seen alive on November 28, 1983, by a neighbor. Concerned about her safety, Joann's family reported her missing to the Toledo Police on December 7, 1983. Tragically, on December 13, 1983, her body was discovered in a ditch near County Road 11 and County Road F in Delta, Ohio, by a witness who flagged down a Fulton County deputy. The victim, found nude and lying near the railroad tracks, was later identified as Joann Jaso.
