Peter William Underwood, a 32-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on March 21, 2017. He was a dispatcher with American Municipal Power Inc. and had served in the Army National Guard. Underwood was known for his kind heart and was deeply loved by his family and friends.
