Elroy Facey, a 41-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on May 3, 2017. Facey was a well-known music and entertainment promoter in the Dayton area. His death occurred at the Summit Square apartments off Hoover Avenue.
