Death by Force

Tyrec Lamont Clinkscales, a 19-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on May 6, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was found lying between two cars on top of a handgun on Woodland Avenue, outside the Morris Black Estates housing complex, around 1:30 a.m. Police believe that Clinkscales exchanged gunfire with two suspects who then fled the scene by car. The descriptions of those cars remain unknown. Cleveland police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
