On May 21, 2023, 29-year-old Jalen Dalton was fatally shot while seated in his vehicle on East 75th Street in Cleveland, Ohio. Authorities discovered Dalton in his car, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Subsequent investigations led to the identification of 28-year-old Devonte Parker as a suspect in Dalton's murder. Parker was apprehended on October 2, 2023, by Cleveland police and U.S. Marshals. At the time of his arrest, Parker was also implicated in the September 28, 2023, ...
