Allen Markese Palmer, a 21-year-old African American male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2017. Palmer was fatally shot in front of a home on the city's Northeast Side after an argument escalated into violence. He was transported to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries several hours later.
