Braylin Bell

Braylin Lariq Bell, an 18-year-old African American male from Youngstown, OH, tragically died on July 14, 2017. He was shot multiple times in his bedroom at his home on Mistletoe Avenue, where he lived with his mother. According to Detective Sgt.
