He was the son of John Bell and Ayanna Mills, and he managed the family-owned business, "Mills on Wheels Limo Service." Brandon was known for his bright, hilarious personality and his willingness to help others. He left behind a large family, including his siblings, girlfriend Brittany Martin, and many friends.
