Donshae Lamar Gentry, a 25-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 17, 2017. He was born on October 8, 1991, and his death was the result of a gunshot wound. Gentry was found in a vehicle that had crashed into a telephone pole at the Villages at Roll Hill apartment complex. Initially, 29-year-old Oscar Torbert was arrested and charged with
murder in connection to Gentry's death. However, the charges against Torbert were later dismissed in the interest of justice. Daniels was indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury on charges of murder, felonious assault, robbery, aggravated robbery, and kidnapping.
