Robert Louis Grossman, age 18, was last seen on August 3, 1997, in Boca Raton, Florida. That evening, he had a brief argument with his mother over his work schedule and left their home on foot at around 9:30 p.m. He was only wearing blue shorts and had no shirt, shoes, money, or identification with him. His family initially believed he had gone to stay with friends to cool off, but after two days of no contact, they reported him missing.
