Jamarr J. Forkland, a 34-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on October 21, 2017. His death was the result of a murder. Jerry C. Sims, also known by the street name J-Roc, was charged with Forkland's murder. Sims faced additional charges of attempted murder and drug-related offenses.
