Timothy Settles, a 30-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2017. He was found shot inside his vehicle in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory at Steelyard Commons. Timothy suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
