Stephan Michael Cotter, a 23-year-old male, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2017, in Middletown, Ohio. Stephan was involved in a drug deal that went fatally wrong. He had arranged to sell marijuana and Xanax to a 16-year-old boy named Paul Craft. When Craft got into the car to complete the transaction, he pulled out a gun and attempted to rob Cotter.
