Phillip Isaiah Moore, a 17-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on December 22, 2017. The circumstances surrounding his death were linked to a burglary gone wrong. Phillip and a 19-year-old accomplice, Dewayne Gatson, had planned to break into a house on Ranchland Drive in Mayfield Heights.
