Nicole S. Thorpe, a 36-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot dead inside her Garfield Heights home on January 8, 2018. Her death was initially deemed suspicious by the police. The investigation revealed that her 16-year-old nephew, Alonzo Thorpe from Shaker Heights, was charged with her murder. Alonzo Thorpe was later convicted of reckless homicide in connection with his aunt's death.
