Briyona Ragland, a 26-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on January 11, 2018. She was shot in an apartment in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The incident occurred during an altercation with Ashley Freeny, who was 27 years old at the time.
