Laura Schueler, 47, a Black transgender woman from Cincinnati, Ohio, was found shot just after dawn on June 7, 2025, in the Evanston neighborhood. Police were dispatched around 6:50 a.m. to the 1500 block of Jonathan Avenue, where first responders discovered Laura Schueler, 47, already deceased from a gunshot wound.
