Alexander Van Rhoads, a 19-year-old male of mixed ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 27, 2018, in Dayton, OH. He was a recent graduate of Northmont High School and the Miami Valley Career Technology Center. Rhoads was fatally shot at the Westbrooke Village apartment complex in Trotwood, OH, and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
