William Axel IV, a 20-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2018, in Toledo, Ohio. He was the victim of a drive-by shooting while sitting in a car near Fern and Reen drives in West Toledo. Axel was transported to St. Anne's Hospital by a friend, but he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
