Donald E. Armstrong III, a 26-year-old male from Cincinnati, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2018, in Dayton, Ohio. He was fatally shot inside an apartment on Maryland Avenue. According to a witness, Armstrong was shot in the head and neck. The Montgomery County Coroner's office confirmed his death.
