Thomas Lewis Maul Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on June 1, 2018, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was found dead in the courtyard of an apartment complex in the 200 block of East Clifton Avenue. The tragic incident occurred just days before his 22nd birthday.
