Carlos Jerome Lauderdale, a 36-year-old African American man from Lorain, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2018. He was found dead from a gunshot wound outside a home on Indiana Avenue in Lorain. The incident occurred early in the morning, and police were called to the scene after receiving multiple 911 calls. A 25-year-old woman was also found injured inside the home and was later treated and released at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
