On the evening of August 31, 2018, Richard Richards Jr., a 50-year-old White male, was fatally shot in Bryan, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 8:53 p.m. at 847 E. Bryan Street. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but Richards was pronounced dead at the scene.
