Shavonne Willis, a 36-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on September 26, 2018. She was shot multiple times in the 3200 block of East 121st Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Shavonne with multiple gunshot wounds and a broken arm. Despite their efforts to administer first aid and rush her to a nearby hospital, she was pronounced dead upon arrival.
