On February 4, 2002, Frances Jones, a 62-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically murdered outside her home. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 P.M. when Jones arrived at her residence on Sandusky Avenue. After parking her vehicle and as she approached the side door of her home, she was confronted by burglars. Moments later, shots rang out, and Jones was fatally struck. Her husband arrived home shortly after, only to find her lifeless in their driveway.
