Resean Payne, a 52-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2018. Payne was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred in Cleveland's Lee-Miles neighborhood. The incident took place at around 3:30 p.m. in the 17000 block of Holly Hill Drive. Payne was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second victim, 45-year-old Timothy Lanelle Steele, was taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries later.
