Damia Lee-Ann Barnett, a 3-year-old girl from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on October 5, 2018. Known affectionately as "Fatter" to her family and friends, Damia was a joyful child who loved Minnie Mouse, dancing, and spending time at church. Her untimely death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head, which was initially investigated as an accidental shooting.
