On October 7, 2018, Kendall Daigle, a 25-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, tragically died after being shot in an apartment on the Northeast Side of Columbus. According to police reports, Daigle was handling a loaded firearm when it accidentally discharged, striking him. He was immediately rushed to the hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
