Charles Duncan Sr., a 55-year-old man from Athens, Ohio, tragically died on November 25, 2018. He was found dead at his home on the 200 block of West Washington Street. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that his death was connected to a drug-related incident.
