Derrick Franklin, a 25-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically died on November 29, 2018. He was shot multiple times at the All City Sports Bar on Mahoning Avenue around 1:20 a.m. Witnesses reported that there was no indication of trouble before the shooting, and it appeared that only one person fired a gun. Several shell casings were recovered at the scene, but no weapons were found. Derrick was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital by friends, but he succumbed to his injuries.
