Bernard Bell, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2019, in Cincinnati, OH. He was fatally shot in the chest during an incident on Dutch Colony Drive in Winton Hills. Another individual, a woman, was also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident occurred around 4 p.m., and Bernard was pronounced dead at University Hospital.
