Tika Katel, a 57-year-old man of Indian ethnicity, tragically died on August 10, 2019, in Fairfield, Ohio. He was accidentally shot in the head by his wife, Subha Katel, 43, while she was handling a handgun that belonged to a cousin visiting their home. The incident occurred on August 10, 2019, and Tika succumbed to his injuries two days later at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
