On September 2, 2019, 14-year-old Shon Glass was tragically shot and killed at an abandoned apartment in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood. The incident occurred on Labor Day, and Shon was found with gunshot wounds to the chest and leg. He was immediately taken to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
