Christopher Monroe, a 23-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2019. Monroe was one of four victims found dead in an abandoned house on Cleveland’s East Side. The victims, including Monroe, were killed by multiple gunshot wounds, and their deaths were ruled as homicides.
