DeVon D. Orr, a 19-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2022. He was shot and killed outside an apartment in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood while visiting a home with his girlfriend. According to preliminary information, three males came over to the residence, and shortly after, a gunshot was heard, and the three individuals were seen leaving the scene.
