On August 26, 2008, 19-year-old African American male Andre Kenneth Bowers was fatally shot in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 4:44 a.m. at a duplex located at 13213/15 Edgewater Avenue in Cuyahoga County.
