On August 26, 2008, Andre Bowers, a 19-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred at a duplex located at 13213/15 Edgewater Avenue in Cuyahoga County. In the early morning hours, at approximately 4:44 AM, several gunshots were heard, prompting Bowers to seek safety inside the duplex. While he was inside, two additional gunshots were fired, and the resident of the duplex later found Bowers dead in her living room.
