Javon R. Flemming, a 27-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on October 6, 2019, in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Vine Street. Flemming was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
