Rodney Kenneth Watkins, a 19-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was found dead on October 17, 2019, along Interstate 71 near Columbus, Ohio. His body was discovered by a passerby on a rural stretch of the highway in Range Township, Madison County.
