D'Andre Hill, a 32-year-old African American man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2019. He was fatally shot multiple times while inside his car in the 4600 block of Forsythe Avenue in Dayton. The incident was ruled a homicide by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
