Stephen Markees Turner, a 33-year-old African American man from Toledo, Ohio, tragically passed away on November 17, 2019. Turner was known to his family and friends as a dedicated maintenance worker and a loving father to his sons, Ja'Rees and Stephen Turner Jr. His death was a significant loss to his community, and he was remembered fondly by his mother, Marcy Turner, father, Charles J. Wells, and numerous other relatives and friends.
