Demitri Gore, a 12-year-old boy from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2020. He was shot at a home on South Warren Avenue. Initially, Columbus Police believed the incident was an unfortunate accident due to the mishandling of a loaded weapon. However, after further investigation, they declared it a homicide.
